A Walk in the Woods

We decided to celebrate Veteran's Day, by taking a little walk in the woods. Reggie, Peyton and I strapped on our hiking boots and hit the trail. Both kids are veteran hikers and love to explore the outside world.

Reggie is a big fan of sticks, dirt and digging. He loved that there was even some gooshey not-quite dried out mud. He loves exploring, but doesn't walk fast enough to satisfy his big sister. She is often calling, "C'mon buddy! Let's go!"

We had tons of fun though. Although it was hard work trying to convince Reggie NOT to eat the dirt or the stick. Peyton was even brave enough to climb up in a tree.
