
It is the season of candy canes. They are beautiful, and delicious. Many people use them as decorations on their Christmas trees --- include our Granny Ruthie.

This is Reggie who is a lover of all things sweet:
And here is where things get a little bit interesting and also a little bit sticky. Last week when we visited Granny, Reggie and the candy canes met. It was love at first site. Every time we took a candy cane away, he found another one. The wrapping was no deterent to him. He chewed right through to the delicious sweetness. And this is the result:

These two, must be kept apart at all costs --- otherwise it is a sticky situation and a really, really, really excited boy!

Yeah, they definitely need to wrap those things in tinfoil rather than cellophane. To easy to bust into! He's so cute Jenny!
